Silavaththurai People need their traditional village back

Today 02.06.2018 - Praja Ahilasha Network has conducted a meeting with Silavaththurai People at the Multi purpose Hall in Silavaththurai in Northern province. about 45 people took part at the meeting. Silavaththurai people want their land which has been occupied by the navy since 1990. So people are organizing a campaign to move forward in order to get their village back. Francis Raajan, benadict croos took part at the meeting.

May Day celebration
A May day was celebrated in Negombo on 1st of may 2018 challenging the date change by the government of Sri Lanka. 200 people took part at the march and the rally. President of the Praja Abhilasha Network Mr.Herman Kumara addressed at the rally.
