"We need the new consitution " Program was conducted on getting people views and ideas for new consitution at Jaffna on 16 of December 2023. 20 Leaders of Killinochchi ,Mannar ,Mullathivu and Jaffna participated the meeting.Coordinator of Human rights commission in Jaffna district Mr.Kanagaraje facilitated the program.This program was organized by Northern province land coalition.
