Northern Province People's Assembly for Land Rights
"Although we have already taken every possible step to win our land rights, our rights have still not been granted. Therefore, the only remaining step is to meet the President face-to-face and discuss this issue directly."
The Northern Province People's Assembly for Land Rights was held on November 10 at the Mankulam Community Hall of the Puthukudiyiruppu Pradeshiya Sabha, with the participation of 25 representatives from five districts of the Northern Province.

District-level updates on ongoing land issues were presented.
Government interventions and responses were discussed.
A primary presentation on the 2026 national budget was made.
Future development plans under the National Physical Plan for Mankulam were reviewed.
An in-depth discussion took place on land issues related to forest conservation and wildlife zones.
Several future actions were identified to address these issues, and responsibilities were shared among participants for implementation.
The program was organized by the Northern Provincial Coordinator, Mr. Murali, with the active participation of civil society representatives.

🟩 උතුරු පළාත් ඉඩම් අයිතිය සඳහා ජනතා එකතුව 🟩
"ඉඩම් අයිතිය දිනාගැනීම සඳහා අපට කළ හැකි සියලුම ක්රියාකාරකම් මේ වන විට ක්රියාත්මක කර ඇති අතර, තවමත් අපගේ අයිතිවාසිකම් ලබා නොදෙන බැවින් ජනාධිපතිතුමා සමඟ මුණගැසී මෙම ගැටළුව මූහුණටම සාකච්ඡා කිරීම පමණක් අපට ඉතිරිව ඇත."
නොවැම්බර් 10 වන දින පුදුකුඩුරිප්පු ප්රාදේශීය සභාවේ මාන්කුලම ප්රජා ශාලාවේදී, උතුරු පළාතේ දිස්ත්රික්ක පහේ නියෝජිතයින් 25 දෙනෙකුගේ සහභාගිත්වයෙන් මෙම ජනතා එකතුව පැවැත්විණි.

එක් එක් දිස්ත්රික්කයේ ඉඩම් ගැටලු පිළිබඳ තොරතුරු යාවත්කාලීන කිරීමක් සිදු විය.
රජයේ මැදිහත්වීම් හා ප්රතිචාර පිළිබඳව විමර්ශනවත් සාකච්ඡාවක් පැවැත්විණි.
2026 අයවැය පිළිබඳ මූලික ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමක් සිදුවිය.
ජාතික භෞතික සංවර්ධන සැලැස්ම හරහා මාන්කුලම ප්රදේශයේ ඉදිරි සංවර්ධන සැලසුම් පිළිබඳවද සාකච්ඡා විය.
වන සංරක්ෂණ හා වනජීවී කලාප ලෙස නම් කර ඇති ඉඩම්වල පවතින ගැටලු පිළිබඳ ගැඹුරු සංවාදයක් ගොඩනැගුණි.
මෙම ගැටලු සඳහා ඉදිරියේදී ගත යුතු ක්රියාමාර්ග හඳුනාගෙන, ඒවා ක්රියාත්මක කිරීම සඳහා වගකීම් කණ්ඩායම් අතර බෙදා දින ලදී.
මෙම වැඩසටහන සංවිධානය කළේ උතුරු පළාත් සම්බන්ධීකාරක මුරලි සහෝදරයා වන අතර, සිවිල් සංවිධාන නියෝජිතයන්ද සක්රීයව සහභාගී වූහ.

வடக்கு மாகாண நில உரிமைக்கான மக்கள் ஒன்றுகூடல்
"நாம் எங்களின் நில உரிமையைப் பெறுவதற்கான அனைத்து சாத்தியமான நடவடிக்கைகளையும் இதுவரை மேற்கொண்டுள்ளோம். இருப்பினும் எங்கள் உரிமைகள் இன்னும் வழங்கப்படவில்லை. எனவே, ஜனாதிபதியை நேரடியாக சந்தித்து இக்கேள்வியை முகாமையாக விவாதிப்பது மட்டுமே எங்களுக்கு மீதமுள்ளது."
நவம்பர் 10ஆம் திகதி புதுக்குடியிருப்பு பிரதேச சபையின் மாங்குளம் மக்கள் மண்டபத்தில், வடக்கு மாகாணத்தின் ஐந்து மாவட்டங்களை பிரதிநிதித்துவப்படுத்தும் 25 பிரதிநிதிகள் பங்கேற்புடன் இம்மக்கள் ஒன்றுகூடல் நடைபெற்றது.
